CONTEXT We are looking for a Product Manager who wants to share our passion about creating value for patients care and healthcare professionals.

We are experiencing rapid growth, and so it’s our product, Tucuvi Health Manager, THM. As we expand, we're intensifying our focus on enhancing our offering for healthcare professionals while continuing to address patient needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this role, you will drive key initiatives that directly impact healthcare professionals and the decision-makers who trust our solutions.

From day one, you’ll collaborate closely with Marcos, our co-founder and CTO, who currently leads these initiatives. You'll also team up with Elena, our PM dedicated to empowering patients and advancing our virtual clinical assistant ("LOLA") conversational capabilities. This partnership will immerse you in our technology, our processes, giving you a deep understanding of how we deliver value.

You’ll take ownership of the roadmap, working hand in hand with engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing teams. This holistic approach will give you a comprehensive understanding of how our product functions on every level, and how it brings tangible benefits to patients, healthcare providers, and the entire healthcare ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIES

During your first months, you’ll shadow Marcos and dive deep into our product, to get to know our clients and users in a close level. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Prioritizing and managing items within the roadmap, aligning them with company strategy and balancing cost/value considerations.
• Delivering new features and updates, adjusting the context and scope—if necessary—to deliver value as quickly as possible.
• Gathering structured feedback from users, customers, developers, and other stakeholders interacting with the product.
• Identifying value-adding opportunities based on solid data, not just opinions or intuition.
• Transforming needs into actionable hypotheses, with clear success criteria and context.

After a few months we expect you to:

• Benchmark and analyze competing products to uncover trends and opportunities for innovation.
• Stay ahead of industry trends by attending conferences and events, continuously learning and connecting with the sector.
